2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

The bajbip Platform is intended solely for adult users. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, or participate in any real-money gambling activity on bajbip. This age restriction is strictly enforced and is not subject to any exceptions.

bajbip employs Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures to confirm the age and identity of all account holders. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, or payment method verification at any stage of your account lifecycle — including at registration, before your first withdrawal, or at any time bajbip reasonably requests verification.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time frame specified by bajbip may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

Jurisdictional Eligibility

bajbip targets the Bangladesh market and is optimised for players accessing the Platform from Bangladesh. Players are responsible for independently confirming that their use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in their location. bajbip makes no representation that the Platform is legal or accessible in every jurisdiction.

If it is determined that an account was opened by a player from a restricted jurisdiction, bajbip reserves the right to close the account and return the account balance (minus any bonuses) at its sole discretion.

3. Account Registration & Obligations

To access real-money gambling features on bajbip, you must create a registered account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method. You must update your account information promptly if any of these details change.

Each individual person is permitted to hold only one active bajbip account. Opening, using, or benefiting from more than one account — whether directly or through a third party — is a material breach of these Terms. bajbip uses automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts may be closed and any balances or winnings accrued across those accounts may be forfeited.

Account Security

Account Accuracy

bajbip reserves the right to void any bets, cancel any withdrawals, and close any account where it is established that the account was registered with false, misleading, or incomplete information. Any funds deposited under a fraudulently registered account will be returned to the originating payment method after deduction of any applicable processing fees.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

bajbip supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in ৳ with no hidden currency conversion charges. Deposits

Deposits are typically credited to your bajbip account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. bajbip is not liable for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems. All funds deposited into your bajbip account must come from a payment method that is registered in your own name. bajbip does not accept deposits from third-party payment methods. Bonus Expiry

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bajbip Platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance or winnings, and may result in reports being made to relevant authorities:

• Registering an account if you are under 18 years of age, or on behalf of any person under 18;
• Registering more than one account, or allowing another person to register an account using your personal details;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or loopholes in any game or betting market to obtain a financial advantage;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker or live dealer games;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity;
• Making deposits using payment methods that are not registered in your own name;
• Engaging in matched betting or other systematic bonus-abuse strategies designed to extract value from promotions without genuine play intent;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing bajbip staff or other platform users via any communication channel;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the underlying software or systems of the bajbip Platform;
• Publishing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content from the bajbip Platform without express written permission.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

bajbip reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Common grounds for account suspension or closure include, but are not limited to: breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC verification, suspected fraudulent activity, suspected money laundering, registration from a restricted jurisdiction, or detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a player breach (for example, if bajbip withdraws service from a particular region), any verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after deduction of any outstanding bonus obligations.

Voluntary Closure & Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily — including as part of a responsible gaming decision — may do so at any time by contacting [email protected]. Governing Language & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the principles of fair dealing and good faith applicable to online gambling services. The governing language for all dispute communications is English.
